We position ourselves in legal services market as a company which solves problems only in the field of corporate, economic and tax law. That is why we are not engaged in rendering "all" or "any" services from "any" field of jurisprudence. It is our deliberate choice in favor of specific direction of our services. And even if we lose dozens of clients, but such approach allows us to devote all out time and all our knowledge to Clients who have entrusted us with solution of difficult problems.

At the same time, we constantly improve our skills, knowledge and professional competence in the field of services rendered by us. Solving Customer's problems we speak directly about prospects of solution of his case or task as well as about consequences and risks of possible actions and decisions.
In our work we eliminate preconception or prejudicialness, conflict of interest or influence of other factors on our objectivity. About any situation which can negatively affect our impartiality we must inform the Client.

We understand and accept full responsibility which we undertake to our Clients and value our reputation. We fully, deeply and thoroughly study the question posed before us. We exclude formal approach while solving problems and we do our best to satisfy the Client end result.
Confidentiality
We do everything possible for materials in written or electronic form, as well as oral information about Client's company are never left outside of our office except Client's consent and in order to render him services. For confidentiality of our Company made the necessary technical and organizational measures.
Information requiring confidentiality is known only to those employees who participate in the project. With each of them is concluded a corresponding agreement regarding non-disclosure of proprietary information.
We undertake to inform You about our existing Clients, field of interest of which is partially or completely coincides with Your interests. If there is a conflict of interest the issue is solved individually, but in any case, taking into account Client's opinion.
Individual approach to the Client's problem taking into account concrete situation and specifics of his business.
Implementing each project requiring use of legal, administrative and economic knowledge, we seek to perform it in accordance with holistic picture of the client's business. Our solutions are based on diagnosis results taking into account the field, in which the company works, market segment, client's target audience, his position in the market, management system development and business practice.
While working on the issue from taxation field, we develop recommendations, taking into account peculiarities of taxation of companies in Client's scope of activity. Based on gathered information the Client can learn what kind of mistakes he makes paying taxes. Including what kind of taxes and how much he paid superfluously and how he can reduce tax burden of the company according legislation.
